作為常州市政府對德合作的重要平臺，2018 年 6 月，時任中國駐德國大使史明德先生為 “中德產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與合作中心”揭牌。常州星宇車燈、萬幫投資等知名企業(yè)積極參與共建，于 2019 年 2 月，實體化注冊成立了“常州中德產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與合作中心有限公司”，并組建了中德兩國工作團(tuán)隊，貫徹“創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、企業(yè)共建、精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)、以商引商”的市場化經(jīng)營理念，依托駐歐使領(lǐng)館渠道和人脈資源，對接歐洲各國創(chuàng)新資源，重點圍繞科技研發(fā)平臺與高科技項目、海外人才的引進(jìn)，德國職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)和經(jīng)貿(mào)文化交流開展工作。

Changzhou Sino-German Industrial Innovation and Cooperation Center Co., Ltd.(SGCC) is a professional company providing "Technology + Industry" international cooperation in the building of Sino-German Industrial Innovation and Cooperation Center in Changzhou Science and Education Town.
